A Step Closer to Vehicles Electrification
We support our clients in their product development activities in a workflow which covers all the phases of an engineering e-mobility project development.
In the first step we gather data about the vehicle requirements processing them into technical specifications.
The second step is the development of the project, we cover electric and mechanical design. Where requested we can Assembly the prototypes in our workshop.
Test & Validation
In the last step we can perform a whole test campaign, including functional test, reliability and durability test with a complete documentation as work output.

2010Show Car RetrofitDevelopment of a patented retrofit kit for the Smart Roadster. Two electric axial flux motors, each with 45kW power and 130Nm torque
2011Show Car RetrofitA Delorean DMC12 has been developed for marketing purpose for ENEL events. Privè was in charge for the drivetrain calibration
2011Excavator DesignPowertrain definition and integration in the first ever made full electric earthmoving machine, unveiled at Samoter exhibition in 2011
2012Quad DesignDevelopment of EV Quad together with the university of Rome, Privè was responsible of the powertrain design, integration, prototyping and shake down
2012City Car DesignPrivé participated in the validation, supervision of mechanical design and powertrain setup in the first Italian homologated electric vehicle with lithium cell, ready for industrialization
2012FP7 European ProjectWithin the European funding program, Privé participated to the “Mobility2.0” project focused on the development of co-operative commuting assistant for Electric Vehicles
2013Supercar ProjectWe worked with a luxury car brand for the validation and testing of its first hybrid vehicle powered with about 960hp, and more than 160hp arising from the electric motor
2014Quadricycle ProjectPrivè was a partner in the development of a full electric quadricycle, covering the Vehicle concept, Packaging, Powertrain definition and design, Supply chain definition and Powertrain integration
2015Dumper DesignWithin a project of a new pure electric machinery development, Privé oversaw the concept, pre-series development and technological transfer allowing the manufacturers to begin his industrial production
2015Sport Sedan ProjectPrivé cooperated with an international e-car start-up for the powertrain definition to achieve the aimed range of 650 km
2017H2020 European ProjectThe project focused on the avoiding of rare earth magnets through the development of a next generation of electric drivetrains, ensuring the industrial feasibility at the lowest cost of manufacturing
2017PHEV Supercar ProjectPrivé teamed up with a luxury premium brand for the development of new plug-in Supercar contributing to the powertrain in vehicle integration and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
2018LDV ProjectFor a project on behalf of a primary Italian OEM, Privé oversaw the powertrain validation according to the internal manufacturers’ process and international regulations
